In Central Laboratories of the faculty high-tech instrumentation used for investigation of structure and properties of substances is located. Central Laboratories consist of 4 laboratories:
- NMR Laboratory
- In-vivo NMR laboratory
- Mass Spectrometry Laboratory
- Laboratory of X-ray Analysis
