The Department of Food Technology provides teaching of subjects for bachelor's, engineering and doctoral study programs. The aim of the taught subjects is to provide theoretical knowledge and practical skills so that, based on them, graduates are prepared for application in the fields of chemistry, technology, analysis, safety and packaging of food and cosmetics.
